Wes Craven, the creator of the “Nightmare on Elm Street” films ushers in some new horror just before the new year. “My Soul To Take” is the newest addition to the Wes Craven’s screamers. Let’s just hopes this one lives up to the original “Freddie” classics. “My Soul To Take” hits theaters October 8, 2010.

So, it just so happens that today not only marks Sept. 2, 2010 which translates to 9/02/10, but also gives many of us pop-culture freaks a reason to turn it into a celebration for one of TV’s iconic television shows of the 90s, not to mention, one of my favorite, “90210!” It’s great to know that I’m not by myself in my enthusiam for a show that revolved around a group of West Beverly High students who coped with teen angst before it became reality TV’s go-to for “real-life” drama. Anyway, tonight you can re-live your love for Brandon, Brenda, Kelly, Dylan, Steve, Donna, and David at “The 90210 Party!” I’ll see you tonight!!

The track was produced by K.R.I.T. — who is signed to Cinematic Music Group/Def Jam — and samples Marvin Gaye’s “If I Should Die Tonight.” “GoodTalk vol.9″ drops on Sept. 14. Look out for K.R.I.T. on both Wiz Khalifa’s “Waken Baken” tour and Cinematic Music Group’s “The Smokers’ Club” tour this fall.
